Linda Afman - Grand Junction Real Estate
LINDA AFMAN was recently a Real Estate Broker for a 500 acre up-scale golf course community. Identifying the need in the marketplace for this development through analysis of a local and extended market. She helped develop strategies and business plans to position the community on the cutting edge of the Grand Junction Real Estate Market.
Elected to city council in Grand Junction after spearheading the largest city annexation (1,000 acres). She devoted time while serving on council, to business interest, economic development, land use planning, and a major valley wide growth plan. During this time on city council and also as Mayor of Grand Junction, she still continued a successful full time real estate career. Linda is currently an associate Broker/Realtor with Bray & CO.
